Jean Charest a annoncé cette semaine que pour réduire le déficit que l'Etat québécois comptait mener pour la relance (but louable en soi) allait voir les taxes provinciales augmenter très fortement (à raison de 60% du budget québécois): taxes sur les déclarations de naissance, taxes universitaires, taxes sur les produits et aussi une nouveauté: la taxe de droits sur les CEGEP (enseignement secondaire québécois). Alors que dans le même temps, Ottawa doit 8 milliards de dollars à Québec comme fruit de la redistribution des perceptions (péréquation constitutionnelle) que le gouvernement Charest ne se sent pas en mesure de chercher.
Sans compter les 200 millions seulement donnés aux exploitants forestiers du Québec face aux 2 milliards des firmes automobiles ontariennes.
De plus Monsieur Charest ne veut pas revenir sur les baisses d'impôts accordées aux plus aisés. Tiens, tiens, c'est tout comme le paquet fiscal de Monsieur Sarkozy de 15 milliard d'euros par an et le bouclier fiscal limité à 50% pour les plus aisés alors que nous payons la hausse du forfait hospitalier et le projet de la transformation de la Poste en Société Anonyme (Limitée au Canada) pour "l'investissement".
On ne refait pas la droite...

Moreover Mister Charest doesn't want to remove the taxes lows offered to the richest. Aow , aow, it's typically like the 'fiscal packet' of mister Sarkozy with a value of 15 thousand millions of euros and like the 'fiscal shield' limited to 50% for the richest whereas we pay the raise of hospital stay tax and the project of making the Post Office administration to a Limited Company for "invest" as they say.
They're so uncorrectable, the right people...
