Proposal for a new Australian flag

This flag takes tradition and modernity, traditionnal colours (blue, white, red) and popular Australian colours (green and yellow). The Union Jack is conserved, for symbolising the historical link with Britain , eventhough it isn't anymore the case, whether a monarchist regime or a  potential republicanist regime. If Australia speaks English, it is because it had been British. Moreover Fiji has kept the Union Jack canton even with the proclamation of the republic. The Commonwealth star has taken Aboriginal colours (a Aboriginal flag inside the star) for highlighting the irremediable link with Aboriginal peoples of Australia and the other communities of the country. Let's recall that the green is one of the main colours of the Torres Strait Islanders, the other Native peoples of Australia.

Proposal for a new New Zealand flag

This proposal is very classical. This is the alliance of the the design of the objects inside the shield of the NZ coat of arms. This gives plenty to the flag and this plenty comes from a traditional emblem of New Zealand, regarding its own history: sheep wool, agriculture, ships. The right side has the Southern Cross with the red-white stars and blue background. The colours are by consequence very traditional and suit well together. These designs/colours for New Zealand are inspired from Europeanlike flags, but the add of the objects of the national coat of arms make it original. Nethertheless there's a central black band which unifies the two parts of the flag, with in vertical order from up to down the letters "N" ans "Z", this reminds the traditional Maori colour and the popular national colour of New Zealand, for the letters this is a tribute to the NZ flag from 1867 to 1869. This flags suits as well for a monarchist regime and republicanist regime.
